New Pedals Installed Today

Those new "Brabus" pedals I bought were really good quality. Made of thick aluminum and with the Brabus emblem engraved into them. Great Great Buy in my opinion. The dead pedal makes a world of difference.

info on pedals

I got them for like 90 somethin dollars. Another 20 to install. The dead pedal feels great when driving. Wish you could see it with my blue underdash lights. WOW.

They are really high high quality too. Really thick thick aluminum. Check ebay for these pedals.

sure

if you wanna buy the pedals you can get them on ebay by searching for brabus pedals. You can install them yourself, just need the right tools as drilling is required. In my opinion you are better off taking them to a customs shop because it could be potentially dangerous if you do something wrong, and you should only go to a shop who knows what they are doing.

Ahmed,
I bought these (non authentic) AMG pedals a few days ago for $65. Ted Baldwin has the same set with a different logo. I'll post some pics after I install them. As much as I like the other set, these seem a little less "flashy" to me. Although I would love dead pedal, I really didn't want to drill it into the floor.

Yeah just the 2 pieces.
If you do a search for "AMG pedals" in this forum you'll find a post with the some "lorinser" pedals installed. They are the same pedals/different logo.

Supra,

In that last thread you linked, the AMG logo on those pedals is a an emblem, the one's I bought are engraved. I just ran a search on ebay and they now have Brabus engraved in the same style. The're also selling non-engraved with the AMG emblem too for $35-$42.

Ivan, what is the dead pedal that you guys are referring to? Dont you have to drill your pedals too into the stock pedals?
Ohhh.... I would love the Brabus logo over the amg, IMO....

hinhin7,
The dead pedal covers the left foot rest area and I assume you would have to drill it into the floor. Yes you do have to drill into the pedals to mount the gas/brake, but that's fine with me because if I replace the stock ones the holes will be covered. You actually take of the rubber pedals to install the aluminum ones.

Mike -

I noticed your honeycomb patterned MB rubber floor mats under your aluminium pedals.

Aren't they great?

Mine are 2 years old, look brand new and keep my AMG floor mats mint.

whats the big deal

for all you people who refuse to drill into the floor, why? Screws are very small, plus, those amg pedals dont even compare to the look of the brabus pedals in my opinion.

Also, the rubber floormats are excellent. Ive had 3 differnt m classes and they all used the same rubber floor mats back from 98. Best investment i ever made on this car. I will be posing pics soon of my new chrome shiftgate and aluminum trim.
