Reset "Service A" message
I have an 02 CLK430 - If I don't go to Mercedes to get my oil changed, how do I get the "service A due/over due" message reset?
Is that possible without going to a Mercedes Benz dealer?? Thanks for your assistance..

Hi,
Turn the key to position 2 right before it starts but do not start the car. Call up the trip odometer and main odometer, press the up or donw arrow button on your steering wheel until the FSS indicator appears then press the "R" button on the instrument cluster for approx 4 seconds. You may have to close the drivers side door for this to work. I could be a little off as Im going from memory..
