Mounting a bumper

I am trying to mount my new bumper, replacing the torn one. I need to figure out how to remove the main mounts from the old bumper and put them on the new one. has anyone done this?

I'm looking at this same fix shortly.
If anyone has the stock bumper part numbers or sources handy as well as tips on replacement that would be awesome! Is this a pretty straight forward swap? Thanks folks!

If you follow the DIY pics, it will take you about 1 hr start to finish. It will be easier if you get a second hand to help in the last step pulling old one off and staring the re-assembly. Email if you have any questions.

Oh! Sorry man, missed the rear, assumed it was the front as its a real common issue on these. I saw something about rear bumper mods to accommodate dual exhaust tips, perhaps search for that or maybe someone will sing out. The forum search functions are your friend..good luck
