Does anyone know if stock 2005 C55 rims will fit on a W208?

fronts should work but I don't know about the back. tirerack.com can tell you and could recommend the right spacers to make the rears work.

He won't need spacers; spacers effectively LOWER the offset, and I can tell you that 30 is plenty flush enough, albeit on the aggressive side.

However, you will need probably 5mm spacers on the front to make the fronts and back match as far as being square with the fender.

Yes these will work perfectly. I have the same size and offset wheels on my car.
