My 540 Touring Addition to the garage with Alpina Goods

I've been MIA for a while but back with a BMW that I added to my garage. I have anew baby so this is the best car to fit my needs, plus I've always wanted a 540 Touring.

So I finally completed my project with the exception of the front springs having to settle a bit. When they do I'll be adjusting my TC Kline custom coilovers a bit lower and the rear will get adjusted as well to taste.

The car handles very well but still very comfortable with the Koni's set to the middle setting.

Hope you guys enjoy the pics. They're not the best quality pics but they'll do for now.

Here's my list of mods:

Alpina Parts

Facelift Alpina front spoiler

Alpina Softline Wheels
20x9 et20
20x10 et32 with 8mm spacer

E46 Alpina transverse/crossflow muffler so I could make a functional quad set up
sounds throaty even with resonator left in place
done by Chris at Castro's Custom's

Replica quad Alpina exhaust tips

Suspension

Koni Sport Adjustable front struts
TC Kline 700lbs springs
TC Kline collars & perches
assembled and installed by Chris at Castro's Customs

Rear links from LoweringLinks.net

Rear OEM Sport shocks with bump stops cut in half

pppfffttt looks great, CLK still looks way better. Whats up with the Koni's up front that stock shocks in back, is that common on these? The back is tucked in real nice though

That's what I was going for since this is my family wagon. The suspension is really nice to. But you know me, I am going to adjust and go lower for that sportier look. It should look really nice with the 20's.

Loookin good bro, very very clean. Clear example of still being able to slam the car with a baby aboard. Nice!
