Main dealership
I am not exactly sure what you mean by a "main" dealership in the U.S.. There is only one dealer owned by the factory, and that is MB Manhattan. However, I do not believe that they are the largest dealer in terms of sales volume.

what i need is i need to find the top manager in mbusa
and change the e500 (non-nav) to change one have nav
cos people have prepay the nav on E500 they have a new e500 replace and my sales did told me i can prepay
so i will sue him and get a new e500 that have nav
that why i need the main dealership in mbusa

Out Of Control!!
In the E Class forum, there was a post about the dealers having to buy back all 2003 w211 E Class Mercedes without NAV because they were told they could upgrade later if they wanted (and can't). Have you checked that out?

Autospies has an article about this. They posted a scan of a letter sent to E-Class owners from MBUSA, offering a $3250 voucher off of the price of select new vehicle sales.
Pretty lame.
