i was wondering if anyone knows where i can get xenon headlights for my CLK 430. i did not get it with the K4 package.

Let me see if I can find a set for you.

there are two ways of upgrading to hids. 1) is to buy the factory lighting units and upgrade the whole lighting unit abd 2) to just upgrade the bulbs from halogen to hids. the cost is like $1600 for the whole lighting unit and $800 for just the hid bulb upgrade.

kevinV, i don't know if the ones from autoclass are the real deal. There are so many imitation Hids out there but not exactly sure which ones last and which ones don't. i called the dudes from autoclass and they told me that the brightness and the longevity are actually determined by the transformer not the bulb itself. The sets autoclass sells use Philips bulbs which are supposedly original. .. . . . .I'm not sure what you're getting.
