Based on the info supplied, it may be due to one or more of the wheels being out of balance.
That said, there isn’t a lot of info here. For example, did it get to this point gradually? Did it start happening all at once? Did you recently buy tires? Did it start after hitting a very large pothole? Is the shaking a side-to-side horizontal motion or more of a pogo stick like vertical motion? Is just the body of the car shaking or can you feel it in the steering wheel? These are not questions for you to answer, but rather examples of information that may prove useful to someone attempting to help. You want to supply enough information so that someone can see the problem and say “Oh yeah, I had that problem before. Let me post back what I did to correct it”.

Depending on what kind of shaking you're experiencing it could be anything from bald tires to rocker arm. But if the shaking starts specifically at 60, I'm guessing you just need new tires.

I tried Yoko AVS ES100s on the CLK once. They were loud and tramlined. I currently run Conti ExtremeContacts. They are quiet and track straight. My current set of Contis look like they will last longer than the Yokos. My previous set of Contis (SportContacts) definitely lasted longer than the Yokos. On this car, tires have easily been my most expensive maintenance item.

Has anyone tried the Bridgestone Potenza S02, S04, RE760, RE050A, RE-11, and RE970AS? I am a big fan of Potenza tires, since I like the way they look. I only experienced with the RE970, which was very good. However, that was on my VW Golf.
I also like Pirelli PZero Nero, and Goodyear Eagle F1. Are they good on CLK too?

I have the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus tires, they're a little more expensive than the rest but i believe it's well worth it. They're a great combo of sport and comfort!

If I ever purchase a new set of tires right now, I'd go for what Marcus recommends - Conti ExtremeContact.

I recently bought my car with three year old Pirelli PZero Neros and had a similar shaky problem, due, I think, to the age of the tyres and balancing.
Replaced with Goodyear Eagle F1 A2 (took a long time to find in Malaysia), and they have transformed the car - quiet, smooth, handles and brakes well etc and am v happy (225-40-18 and 255-35-18). I haven't had much experience with other brands though.
