Battery Specs.
Does anyone know the battery specs of our battery in the trunk? It says 100 amp and that's it!

Hell, the stealerships don't even have a clue...

760 en rating, which there's not really a conversation to cold cranking amps.
and 95 - 100 amp per hour.

Indeed...100 amp hours (Ah) is what MarcusF just told me too.

I believe they're 900-950 CCA...

If you're eligable call mb roadside, in az that battery is 160 installed.

I'm acutally looking to getting a Duralast Platinum of all things...

I have about 4000 watts of car audio mayhem in my trunk so I've got to get something as big as I can. Granted I have a 215a alternator and secondary battery, but now the stocker has finally gone out after 12 years!!!! Time to replace it, and if any of you want to look into the the Duralast Platinum battery I just discovered that it is a rebagged Deka battery, and Deka is American made and makes GREAT car audio batteries...

Check out the Diehard Platinum, AGM battery....4yr warranty and 100mos pro rated warranty.

Factory = 760 EN 100ah

I buy batteries from my local MB dealer. Anyone who has a dealer replacement or an original can tell a lot by glancing at the tag. Here's a link with some info about the OE battery that came with the 430.
