Ive had the car nearly three weeks and from the start the cruise would work 90% of the time, then you would turn it off or hit the brakes and it would not resume or set or come back on at all. Then if you would stop, turn the car off, turn it back on and drive away it would work just fine again. It worked friday and then has not worked since, ive turned the car off and on, let it sit, ecu reset, and the brake lights still work. Ive searched all threads to find then answer and didnt come up with anything unfortunately. Also it is throwing no malfunctions. Any suggestions?

I had a similar problem. It turns out that my wider tyres would throw the rear wheel sensor out. Are you running standard rims and tyres?

Yes also forgot to mention that, I'm running stock tire and wheel sizes.

If the tires are the correct size, the wheel speed sensors are the next culprit.

I had a similar issue and replaced the brake stop switch.
