+24 offset on the rear of a clk55 w208 id woud need a 10mm spacer for correct fitment right

 

I may be wrong but I have read up on wheels for the W208 and I believe the spacing/offset is 40mm.hope this helps and if I am mistaken I apologize.

 

You should be fine. Not sure how the rear brakes are on the 55 compared to 320 and 430 208s. I am running +28 with a 15mm spacer to sit more flush. So Im down to a +13 with the spacer. Sits flush. But I did roll my fenders to make this work so it wouldn't rub over bumps. If you search through some of my threads you can see pictures I posted of my setup and how flush it is with the fenders. Running 18x9.5 rear. Plus I am lowered on Vogtland without any spring pads.

 

You can see the oem offset stamped on the inside of the rim.

 

if only if i had oem wheels to see

 

I'm running +25 on 18x10 AMG 2-piece wheels in the rear.
