New W208 rotors
I have a 1999 CLK 230 Kompressor, but I need new rotors and every place I look online all they have are the CLK 320's. So here is my question......
1. Does anyone know of any good sites to buy new rotors?
2. Do the 230 and 320 have the same size of rotors?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

How many miles on the car? Have you had the rotors machined/resurfaced. If you have a shop that does this work, pull one off, have it measured for minimum thickness and if they meet the criteria you can use them for another set of pads and save some $. Just because you change the pads(is this what prompted the question?) doesn't mean you have to replace the rotors. Lexus just turned the rotors on my wife's rx330. Look up both parts online and see if the part numbers are the same with the exceptoin of the 230/320. I put on a set of cross drilled Brembos and Porterfiled R4S pads found that they were a bit noisy and lost a bit of brake feel. No dust though. I would not go with Brembos again unless it was a standard rotor, no slots or holes. JMHO.

I just got the car from a friend for free and I don't think he has ever changed anything on it. The rotors are beyond being saved. So new ones are needed. I have been looking at R1 concepts and so far they are best I can see.

The thick ring or rust all the way around is a good start. Plus when I was looking at them the first time a chunk of the edge broke off the back left one. I have not measured them yet but when I do I will let you know. The car is just in my drive way cause there was a few issues when I went to get it registered and it failed the tough German TÜV lol.
a ring of rust doesn't tell one anything and how did looking at the rotor brake a chunk off the edge. not trying to give you a hard time just trying to understand what you mean and, hopefully, save you some $. From the sound of it nothing has been done in the form of maintenance to this car and so he just gave it to you in disrepair(?).
