2001 Mercedes Benz CLK 430 Coupe
If I am not mistaken this looks like a Prior Design DTM replica body kit. I have looked for this kit ever since I saw it 3 months ago. Its only availible from europe and is insanely expensive (avareage price was around 4200 plus shipping). Just google prior designs DTM bodykit and it should be the first one in line. Yup and the pic you posted the second time is my wallpaper on my office computer. One of the guys here got taught a very hard lesson just the other day. The comment was made that "wow,they bosykits for grampa cars too?". S after work yesterday he found out just how under powered his riced out RSX was and how "gampas car was a bigger beast than he thought. Today at lunch I am taking her to the muffler shop around the corner to have the resonator and muffler delete done and a ricer style DTM muffler installed. Then grampas car will have more bark the next time he wants to rev his little toy. lol

but you never know, some of those JDM imports have MASSIVE turbos 
I'm glad you got the last laugh in the end! Also, you're going to have tons of fun with the new exhaust and your co-worker wont think about racing your "grandpa car" again

Got mine done and yeah Ricer boy will hear me leave today after work. The ride is so awesome with the exhaust done. OMG its like a whole new car. People actually got outta my way this morning on the way in. I just olove the sound. Had one guy from the office next door actully come out and chit chat for a bit when i got in this morning. Was very cool. Also I cant tell from the photos but did you paint or cut the lower bumper to black it out?
