Found how to Gloss Vinyl Carbon Fiber FINALLY!!

I am uploading a video now from my phone (I have DSL so it's taking forever) but I think I've finally cracked it... We all know clear coating doesn't work. Stay tuned. The video will be uploaded soon.

You know it looks nothing gloss carbon fiber, right? I'll explain it to you a little. So the way surfaces become shiny is by having a perfectly smooth surface, when you cut any pattern in the surface, which is how they get the carbon fiber look, it loses gloss. What I'm doing applies a surface that is glossy like normal carbon fiber. I have the e-bay "Gloss" Carbon Fiber, it sucks.

I was testing for a bit under different conditions... So anyway, here's what you do...

Wrap with normal Di-Noc or equivalent, then afterwards I wrapped afterward in some clear-bra / headlamp clear wrap (Xpel knockoff) and really heated, really pressed it on, and it turns out beautiful. Easy, but gorgeous.

The 3M vinyl is a fantastic product that can give the appearance of carbon fiber. I believe the lifespan of the 3M vinyl products is 3 years, UV exposure can really take a toll on the vinyl and begin to breakdown.

We design and manufacture carbon fiber products for the AMG63 and AMG55 vehicles as well as other premium brands.
