Your question is really broad and could be so many different things.
1- You have an aftermarket alarm. It depends on what it is and how it's wired if it has anything to do with your problem.
2- You can't have 2 alarms working simultaneously. Which one is your car using?
3- What "lambo" door kit do you have? Most I've seen are hack jobs and have problems with the hinges. Is the door even latching correctly to engage keyless entry/alarm?
4- Your "friend" seems to have the problem and should be able to do a clean complete install if he's a professional. Did he install the alarm too?
5- Why are we talking about vacuum leaks on a door? The door might not close properly due to a universal fit vertical Chinese door hinge on a strut that probably does not support its weight. A- The door latch was not designed to work with this and therefore probably is not engaging properly. B- The alarm has a flaw in the wiring or module.

How do the door locks actually work on our cars.... by vacuum.... The installer could have kinked a line, thought they were some form of drainage lines and cut them, etc... Click the lock/unlock in the car on the dashboard, see if that works. If it does, you're all good.
