I don't know about that place Boss. I went there a few years back and I waited forvever before someone helped me. Back then i had my W202, that had a check engine light on. they took in my car and had it for like two days, they did nothing but tell me they had about 5000 worth of work to do. I had an extended warranty but they didn't honor it. Them folks there seem very arrogant, but thats just my experience. Go to Park Avenue Motors in Palo Alto. Ask for Ernie Nolasco, he's cool, and he's honest. I hope he's still there, its been a while since I've gone to see him.

About that place...
As I bought my Benz and brought it fix some squicks and noices, nothing major, to AuthBanh. They told me that everything was ok and didn't fix anything, so I went th Smyth European in Santa Clara. They kept a car for two weeks, replaced everything, most of the stuff still sqicks, though.
My advisor at Smyth was Danny Ho, he is very good and if you go there ask for him and tell him that I've recommended you. Mention my name, Michael on Black CLK. Trust me he will remember .
Going there tomorrow, to replace a claster bulb which they blew when were working on claster (lon story)

Overall, MB service SUCKS, it seem like their technitians have no experience and thier hand grow from thier a$$...
Miss my Acura, but like CLK as it has personality.

Autobahn Sucks....

No doubt about that. I'd never go to them. Only for parts would I go there and even thats a bad experience.

Go Smythe. David Ho is a good dude. He is my co-workers Fiance and also my good friend's cousin. He'll takes care of you

Thanks....all helpful info. I think I'll pass on Autobahn since I had a bad experience with a service advisor (Thomas ??) last time I had my squeaky seats fixed. My car is no longer under warranty and my seats still make a lot of noise when driving. Any suggestions?
