Damn Seats Are Rattling

PLEASE HELP!

I can't stand it anymore! I have had my CLK 430 for a year and I understood the squeaks and quirks, but the rattling in my passenger side seat is finally so annoying, I can't bear it any longer...argh!!!!

Specifically, the back of the seat, is moving and causing the headrest to rattle against its housing. I know this is the problem because I when I hold the seat still, all the rattling stops (ahhhh).

PLEASE someone tell me how to tighten up the ENTIRE seat.

This is WAR!

I have the same rattle. The dealer keeps telling me theres nothing wrong. For christs sake, my car is there every week, you think they could quiet the headrest down!
