Didn't you say in the classified section that the Lorinser Decklid spoiler was sold??? It was 4/29 when you says it was sold, now it's 5/1 and you open up another thread about pre-installation pictures?? What happened? Did you sell the spoiler to yourself??

frappe both spoilers were sold but there was a problem with the paint job on the decklid. I basically had to pay twice to get the decklid painted perfect and at that point I might as well keep it. Just for your information some Lorinser spoilers need small prep work in order to come out perfect.

Installed it last night and all went smooth I read some of the previous instructions and Lorinser has changed the way to install the decklid making it very easy. It comes with a silicon adhesive syringe that is used to mount. All you have to do is make sure both suface areas are super clean, I used rubbing alcohol cause it dries quick. Once all surfaces areas are clean apply the silicon all around the edge of the spoiler and also in the middle where the groove is....then mount and align while holding it in place. I used the entire syringe on the spoiler even after installed I went around the edges to ensure a watertight seal. I still feel that I would like to use some more on the bottom just to make sure nobody walks away with the spoiler

Instruction say not to drive the car and let cure...I let it sit for 24HRS and no car wash for 48hrs.

The spoiler looks absolutely perfect on the clk and the install went flawless. Since I had to paint the spoiler twice I asked them to putty the Lorinser model # they feel necessary to stamp on the right side of the spoiler. Now all you see is the Lorinser name on the left and nothing on the right just like it should be...looks very clean and OEM

here are some pics of the completed install still needs a good wax job to get some of the smudges out.

the spoiler fits perfect on the car and thats one great thing about Lorinser. Unfortunately my decklid had a small wave on top that was barely noticeable but it would of driven me nuts so I got it redone. The paint is exact except the spoiler has new clearcoat so it may look slightly darker in certain pics but in person its exact.

I must say Im very satisfied with the purchase because it gives the car a sportier look without getting to Fast and the Furious. It looks like it came with the car and I highly recommend to get the Lorinser model numbers smoothed out for an OEM look.

install was done by me with precision.

That looks really sweet. I've been looking at trunk spolier options for my car and didn't want something that was obtrusive or overdone. I think that spoiler is perfect...

Hi Lou,

I have a question, hope youcan help me.

I am in a process of getting a suspensions for my car.

Thinking about getting Kleeman or H&R and koni set up.
Since you had both of them, can you give me any advise on it.

Having in mind that we both live in NYC.
thanks in advance

simon
