isn't this the grill we're all looking for??....
it almost looks good.....maybe it needs those horizontal chrome lines across it.....

the star got bigger ;)
one time i saw this SLK that had a plate frame that said "When I grow up, I want to be a SL."

in this case....."When I grow up, I want to be a CL." hehe

I've seen the same things on some Neons, except with the aspiration of being a Viper when they 'grow up,' lol....

i do like the 'floating' star look with the blacked out chrome lines... but i think it may look better with a smaller star

just my 2 cents

It looks like an ML grille that someone chopped to fit a CLK. I don't like it.

I saw the pic on German ebay...
www.ebay.de I think the guy said he got it from the D&W Catalog (???), but he also said it was discontinued. As someone said on this thread, maybe its easy to 'chop' off the SL or ML grille and put it on....probably some sort of body shop could do it....good luck....
