CLK320 Headers

Sadly though these are for a clk430. On the bright side, I have a handy local mechanic who would be able to cut the headers in order to fit my car, however I was wondering if this would actually work or if the spacing between each pipe that connects to the engine (forgive my lack of mechanical knowledge/terminology) is different on the clk430.
Also, would I have to get rid of my primary cats and if so, what would I have to do in regards to the oxygen sensors. P.S in case it's important or if you're wondering, my exhaust set up for the time being is as follows:
primary cats and everything in front of them is stock, Y pipe has been put in place of secondary cats, immediately followed by an X-Force electronic cut off valve. I got rid of the resonator and have a high flow muffler at the rear with a generic single exhaust tip.
