I was looking at a few options for navigation. I looked at the Eclipse AVN2454 but its a bit expensive.
The Avic N1 is now my prime choice.
How does the unit perform in terms of audio and video and stuff like that. Most importantly, is its navigation fairly accurate or does it guide you the wrong way down one way streets?
This is a big expense for me. My mind is open to your suggestions and comments.

How much are you thinking to spend?
I have the Eclipse AVN2454, and the Nav is real nice... Routing is fast, and re-routing is just as fast... complete routing takes less than 5 seconds, and rerouting is even faster.
I might actually consider selling my unit if you are interested. I'm still ocntemplating whether I should make a 'custom' setup or not...
