Simon CLK 430 Lorinser & Carlsson Pack
Hi Forum,
This is my car, finally took some pics, but as you can see i had HRE on it, but now i moved on to Lorinser rims. Will update more pic with new rims.
Please any comments appriciated.

Actually, after i took the 19 out and put 18 Lorinser, look much better.
It eliminates that optical illusion of needing to lower the car.

Ah, sorry is the Lorinser RS 5. I wanted the LM6 but too $$.
Front Bumper is Lorinser DTM
F-1 Fenders
Carlsson RS ORIGINAL rear bumper
And yes, i am in Jersey City, Newport area.

Nice pics.
Love the F1 fenders and front bumper combo. From the pics, it appears that the front bumper is missing the mesh.....or is it painted black? A flat hood emblem would be a nice touch....just my opinion.

A world of difference those big lorinser fog lights make. I didn't even recognize the front bumper to be DTM until I read later on. Good job though with the small foglights. Post pics with the lorinser rims

well, unless you really need them as fog lights...
btw, yeah, the car with 19s made it look a little high... but still looks hella nice

Not sure if I'm feeling the foglights and it needs to be lowered, but I love the rims and the direction you're going with it. :0)
Also, with a black grille, you might want to consider the flat hood emblem, or black chroming the upright one to match.

The car looks great. I always wanted to know what a CLK 430 would look like with those HRE rims on and your car answered that questions- looks clean!
I agree with the choice to go with 18". The ride should be better too.

Simon! I always see your car in Newport, I honk but I get no reply!! Next time you see a Pewter CLK500 gimmie a little honk, and bro get some Fogs for that DTM kit, btw it looks sick, did you sell the HRE's yet? Local pick up? I see a Brabus CLK430 in Newport as well, its silver, you know who he is? WE NEED TO MEET UP MANNN!

Yeh sold those HRE local, actually exchage with some kid for the Lorinser;s RS5 18 inch. Rides way better that those 19...
Sure let's meet up this weekend if you can ! i would love to see your car as well.

They did look ugly.. but it performed well. But now back to original for look.
