CLK 320 purchased!
In our price bracket the only Cabrios we could find were pre-facelift and "Elegance" trim (which my wife called "old man" trim
), so we got a fixed-head Avantgarde. The boot (trunk) on the Cabrios is tiny as well -- no bigger than the boot on the TVR!Seems quick enough, but nowhere near enough noise from the exhaust. Need to get that sorted as a priority, together with a CL-style grille and a better gearknob.

I don't think we get Eisenmann exhausts in this country. The options I've found so far are Remus or getting one hand-built by Hayward and Scott (they do Mitsubishi Ralliart's exhausts for them).

Wife didn't go much on the dark/light combo -- and light interiors show the dirt a lot easier. The same happened with the TVR -- went looking for a blue or red one with a cream interior, bought a black one with a black and green interior.
