You All Must Hold Yourselves Accountable!

Bought my Black on Black '99 CLK430 with 55k last month. The car already had Lorinser LM-1 rims on it. This weekend I bought a Porter Cable 7336 at Lowes and I just ordered the following:
  • CL Sport Grill
  • Flat Hood Emblem
  • Chrome Headlight Rings
  • Lake Country Dual Action Pads
  • 1Z EINSZETT Paint & Metallic Polishes
  • Microfiber Towels from Autopia
  • Mothers California Gold Clay Bar

See what you guys did Will this madness ever end?

I will post pictures when the project is complete.

And to think, that's just the tip of the iceberg. Looks like we'll be getting another commission check soon.

BTW, I even ordered the Chrome Gear Frame. Problem was the design is flat and not curved like the console, thus leaving a deep gap on each side. That got sent back but my quest continues.

Congrats...I should have let you look at my 2001 CLK430 w/ 33K (actually delivered Nov. 2000)...black w/red and charcoal interior...but you will enjoy the CLK...I have had no major problems at all since I've had it (except for the finnicky power window motor...reprogrammed and then replaced),

Cohiba,

With a black car, you should consider getting smoked tails lights like these...

btw, those are still fairly minor purchases... just wait until you get into the high-dollar stuff...

body kits, exhausts, suspension, brakes, ICE/NAV, etc....

Since I'm going for the bling-bling effect, the chrome rings will stay on I do a lot of recruiting and the chrome on black really makes people say WOW The smoked taillights look nice though. I would like to make them a bit darker since the car is black. Can anyone recommend someone to do it for me here in So Cal?

Gracias Amigos!
