To lower the windows..... Only hold down unlock button and aim at the infra-red sensor.... to raise the windows do the same, but press down the lock button...

thanks! i'll try it when i leave work today. I think i did try it that way before. Is that function a separate option or does it work with all clks? I think i did try holding down the unlock button for a while, but i was inside the car instead of aiming it at the infared sensor.

You have to point it to the little black box in order for it to work...

its a cool function but the range sucks you have to be like 2 inches away from the infared they should make it that it works from a far distance (about the same that you can unlock the doors which i think is about 50 feet it has great unlocking range!)

Question While we're on the subject of windows...

Is there a way to open all four windows and the sunroof once you're inside the car? I know that everything can be closed, but I've yet to figure out how to open all the windows from inside, aside from using each individual button, that is...

Best regards,
Matt

Yes I agree its stupid that you have to be literally right AT the car to lower the windows when every aftermarket system known to man will do it from about 100 yards. Probably a safety issue, MB dont want to get sued 'cos some kid in the back gets his fingers stuck !

........the only way I know is to lwer them all then use the recirc button to raise them, after this you can use they recirc button at any time to lower them again!
