CLK500 & Exhaust
Hi guys:

Just purchased a 2005 CLK500 coupe. What is the best way to increase the sound of the engine without compromising horsepower and/or torque? Any mufflers that you recommend? I kind of like it to be loud.

Pics, links, etc...would be appreciated.

You cannot change the sound of the engine. You can change the sound of the exhaust. If you want a deeper roaring note, get Brabus. If you want a loud sound, get the Eisenmann Race exhaust.

You will not lose or gain ang hp or torque by changing the muffler.

Does yours have the inserts inside the muffler tips like I've seen on the version for the C32?
