new CLK similar to Honda accord?

To add to the other cars which have similarities to the new CLK..here's the latest one... the accord...

I found these pics on another forum and thought I'll share.. for some reason the 4 dr looks like the CTS from the rear...i'll just not say anything... i'm hoping its photoshopped or something....

I'd also have to agree that the back of the new Accord looks like the back of the W209. Being somebody who has seen lots of concept cars at autoshows, in magazines, and online - the one thing that really stands out is the fact that in the next 5 years, cars will start looking a lot more 'futuristic', and even the lower-end cars will be very visually appealing. I've seen some crazy looking Hondas, Toyotas, Volvos, Mazdas, and Accuras that will be made available to the public soon that will rival the stylishness of some of the higher-end lines like Audi, BMW, Lexus and Mercedes. I guess the real difference will come down to the solidity, safety, and finish (quality of leather, dash, etc.).

similarities end where the lights go. Beyond that the accord look un-proportional for some reason. yes, I think benz could have done a better job on the back end.

well look at it this way guys.. when the accord is out.. everyone will buy it and switch the lights out to altezzas and what nots.. so the lights won't look similar to the CLK anymore

the downside of this is that you may be able to use those altezzas on the CLK .. so you'll see more "modified" CLK's on the street
