yep. once i have the money! im going to add either the new 18 inch amg alloys or a split rim one and an amg kit. gonna cost me though so maybe a few months before that happens. what should i do with the wheels on at the moment once i replace them?

Dont know if you people noticed but that car has parktronic. I thought someone said it was not an option on the 350 unless it was only in the states

im not sure what you mean buy the part number bit. where is it? yes it does have parktronic. I read sme of the posts saying that it was not available which i was confused at because it was on my options list in the uk!

Congrats on the car!Absolutely beautiful, and yes those rims are so much better than stock.
SInce you have an old E and XJ how do you compare the interior quality of your new CLK to your other two very nice cars?

well firstly id have to correct you. the xj is the brand new model (aluminium body etc). and yes the e-class is the old model. i would say that the old mercs in general have quite poor interiors to be honest. im not to fond of the interior in the e class, but then again i am comparing the latest technology compared to a car...what 6-7 years old. i dont like there chunky buttons and all that. the xj has a gorgeous interior. the one thing the xj beats the clk on is its version of the comand system. for a start its touch screen! the navigation system is stupidly easy to use compared to the clk. im not fond of the clk's comand system. also basing my info on the xj i thought that i wouldn't need a cd changer to play cds because i dont use the one really in my jag becuase i use the single slot. but what i think is stupid is that i have to remove the navigation disc everytime to play a cd in the clk!!!!! that really annoys me. baically doesnt that mean i cant play a cd and have navigation at the same time? well whos got the better interior then. that was the question you asked. well the xj's is on slightly nicer than the clk's i would say. except the gear knob is v nice in the clk. but only v v v slightly. but in terms of user friendlyness the xj wins by miles!

The part number should be pretty easy to get - you just need to pop the hood and look on the back side of the grill. On mine, it's stamped onto one of the vertical support pieces and is a eight to ten digit number starting with A209 880 ...
