Hey everyone, I just installed 1/2 of the C55 exhaust on my CLK500. It looks really nice. No bumper modification required and he sound is nice and deep!
AMG air box and engine cover is coming sooon.....

Looks awesome!! The '06 500's have the AMG tips now. Looks like MB modified the bumper and possibly moved the exhaust more to the left.(?)

Very Nice.Looks Nice!! Is a true Dual muffler possible? Can we order the 05 CLK55 part to fit a custom fit Dual Muffler. Let me know what you think.

It is possibly but alot of money. YOu have to buy and replace the wheel well that of an 05 CLK55 and also modify the bumper.... I was thinking of doing it but its upwards around 5k to do sooo.. a person on the forums upgraded the C32 exhaust system to a C55 exhaust system. SO its possibly, just need $$.

Yeah I am soo jealous that the 06 CLK500 has the dual amg exhaust. I don't think the tips have the engraving "AMG" on them tho and also I think the tips of the 06 CLK500 are larger than my installed tips... Anyways thanks for the comments.....

I actually might get a hold of a CLK55 AMG exhaus which has bigger tips.... I will ahve to do bumper modification so I am still thinkin about it!

lol thought it wasnt working as planned... i say they look good enough its not worth modifying the bumper unless its really gonna make a big difference to you (sound-wise)

Hi guys just wanted to share with everyone my recent purchase, an AMG upgrade kit!. It even comes with a sticker to stick on your rear bar to show you the optimal lines to cut the bar to make exhaust fit perfect. Its on German ebay site but they do speak english.

What year C55? Those look small like the 208 CLK55 exhaust tips... Am I right?

Those look like an 05 C55. Used to have a pairs ( Quad) about to install to my 500 but decided to go w aftermarket tips.

Just to confirm, the c55 exhaust is a direct fit on an '05 clk 500 without any modification? I assume the c230/c32 dual exhaust with amg tips would be a direct fit as well, correct?

Basically what I'm looking for is a dual exhaust with amg tips that would be a direct fit with no custom piping or bumper modification.

And also, the inlet doesn't vary by year for the C classes does it? Yours fits nicely into the CLK500 bumper cutout.

I know for the CLK's the 06-09 dual exhaust inlets are a bit larger than previous years and wouldn't fit an 05 without bumper modification.
