I picked up these S55 AMG rims off of Craigslist a few weeks ago and it took 10mm H&R spacers front and rear, as well as longer lug bolts to make these rims work. The brake clearance is like 1-2mm on the front, and I think they look much better than the old ones!

This is actually an interesting topic, the grand edition clk 350 carries the amg badge because it has the amg body kit and brakes. I wonder how many people cross the line for the amg badge.

hey guys sorry about the amg badge but thats the way i bought it from the dealership here in cyprus.....
tried to take it off but scratched the paint so i put it back!!!

You should be able to pull it off then use some Goo Gone. No reason to use anything that would scratch the paint.I just switched from H&R to Vogtland. It has been about a month and they have lowered a bit but it definitely didn't look as high as your does. The pic in my sig was the week they were installed. What size are your wheels?

What did you use to take it off? You should be able to pull it off then use some Goo Gone. No reason to use anything that would scratch the paint.
i did pull it and came out but when i had to remove the double sided sticker the paint came off!!!!
I just switched from H&R to Vogtland. It has been about a month and they have lowered a bit but it definitely didn't look as high as your does. The pic in my sig was the week they were installed. What size are your wheels?

but i have to say that driving it now is much smooooother!!!!!

i agree but here in canada some 2009 CLK350s are badged AMG because the free amg body kit and whatever.. kinda stupid but got some people to buy it instead of a 2010 e-coupe.

I gotta get me some new wheels....I'm not fond of 18"+ or lowering, as the roads here in Mass are horrible, and I prefer comfort.
