I say keep it, if it is in good condition. 
The milage is low so unless you want the new car smell. . .
A five year loan at 8.5% will give you payments of $522 a month. While in the long run you are paying more than if you bought it day one, still might be worth it.
I have a 2003 Cab with about 35K miles and my lease expires next year and I plan on keeping it. Now starting on some mods. ARGOS Bluetooth system and looking at a new Alpine Nav with Sirus and Ipod connection, DVD and backup camera. Just some fun things.

my 04 is up this week and im not keeping it... i dont know what i am getting though, the clk350 cab is very expensive due to the summer season, maybe the price will drop when septembers lease rates come out next week

I just bought an extended warantee for '03 CLK320 (30,000miles) as factory warantee is up this month. Takes it out to 75,000 miles or 2011, whichever comes first. Bought it from "Warantee Direct" for $1,753. Rolled the dice so will see what happens. http://www.warrantydirect.com/
