No - I am just saying that there is a shop called Bergen Imports in NJ that does all types of mod, body and paint work on Mercedes-Benzes. You may want to check with them to see if they can "smoke" your tailights.
I don't know the process for smoking tailights, but I would assume it is similar to the tinting process where they apply some kind of film.

And your ride is looking good too - I love the Lorinsers. Just lower it a little and it will be perfect. Welcome to the CLK family!
P.S. - if you're in NY, I suggest that you keep your stock wheels and use them during the winter months. When it starts to snow and the roads get slushy, your car will only get minimal traction on 19"s. Plus, more snow/rain and cold weather means more potholes which as you know can get quite nasty. I had my 320 for 3 winters in NY, and I had to replace every one of Carlsson wheels at least once. I am soooooo glad I got them insured! Also - if you are unfortunate enough to bend a wheel and you can pinpoint where it happened, go back and take a picture of the pothole. File a claim with the city. If it's been documented as an existing problem, then you can get them to cover the replacement cost w/o involving your insurance company.

That's alot of black on black on black but it seems to work with the LM6's and subtle chrome... Your's might look nice with the chrome door handle inserts ( although people here will jump my sh*t for suggesting so ) .. That's a pretty healthy Black Bear too, not to mention close...!
