Angry Can't get car fixed

Does anyone know how I can contact the Mercedes Benz Parts Assitance Center. I've been trying to get a part to repair my CLK500 and either the parts center keeps sending the wrong part (3 times) or the dealer is ordering the wrong part. In any case the dealer is LESS than helpful, and I can't get anyone to communicate with me, so now I'm taking the "let's get this guy off our back" approach

it's an '03 CLK500, my body shop has been trying to get the front bumper Frame/face bar, the part # is supposedly (2098852265) the package they keep shipping has that # on the package itself, but the part in the package is another part with a different #. Nobody seems too concerned about finding the right part. Very frustrating as the car has been out of commision for an additional 8 days now.

Ahh I don't know. But if there is a correct part as indicated by Mercedes, then why would they want to do that anyway? Seems to me I'd want the right part for the job. Can I assume you don't have any knowledge of how to directly contact Mercedes Parts Assistance?

You should be able to get the correct part number from your Mercedes Benz dealer by giving them your VIN#. Thats how they keep track of everything. Good luck.

........+1. Might want to have then try to instal it. One part number may default to another.
