KwlAznKid - yes, the armrests are different on the earlier models. The earlier models didn't have the cupholder and had the locking center armrest that could be opened left or right, as well as straight up. The newer models have some "slidee" thing in the middle that you can't lock as well as the cupholder.

yeah i noticed the new 08s have the older 55amg rims standard. i think s/o else asked but did you lease or buy the car? if leased, what are your payments if you dont mine me askin?

Center console has a cup holder and a "sliding" cover over a storage compartment. The 550 engine is awesome and coupled w/ the 7 speed auto it is just a great driving experience. Also the handling is superb, not sure if it differs from the 500, but it is world class. It's handling in comparable to my Roush and my old M3. I felt I made a good deal. The list was $64k and was leased to me for a price of $57,500. I took a 7,500 miles per year and w/ all taxes and fees up front I am only paying $727 a month!
This is one hell of a ride for that lease rate!

wow u think the handling is better than your m3? haha that's opposite for me my 325ci i felt handeled better than my clk500, but i need to give a clk550 a try haha, that cupholder would be pretty useful for me i always used to put my cell phone in my cupholder but now my clk doesn't have one that i can easily reach to haha, seems like u got a pretty decent deal on the lease though

no, xenons are an option. They're part of p2. If the car came equiped with xenons you would be able to see the projector in the headlight assembly. It looks like a clear big ball or an eye. these cars come standard with hella hallogen lights, not xenons.
