They just post it today too. I didn't want to post it here....because I only want you to have it (one set only). So I e-mailed you instead. Btw, if you not plan to lower your car, go with 235-35 and 265-30 tires.

No, don't go with "35" series on the back. You need to keep the over all diameter the same for front and back. So go with "30" series tire on the back. As for tires rubbing, there's no way since your car is not lower. Mine is lowered and I'm also using 10mm spacer on the back with no rubbing what so ever. Btw, you might need a 2-3mm universal spacer on the front like wheel to prevent the wheel spoke rubbing agaisnt the caliber.

You'll gonna like it specially "Gun Machined Face" paint. Your wheel will alway look clean even if it got alot of brake dust deposited.

Ahh can't wait to mount them when I get them...oh what kinda tires are you running? I'm right now deciding between General UHP or Sumi HTR Z3... I've had the Sumis before and they're great tires...

I'm currently running the same. I love the tread wear rating on those tires. I got mine tires at www.treadepot.com. They're having special $25 instant rebate and $50 mail-in rebate right now. I just bought 4 new tires from them 2 weeks ago.

How are they in term of grip? How's the sidewall? I heard they're kinda soft...Sumis were pretty soft too but they grip like crazy

oh wow they got the best price!

The wheels look much better in person because of the "gun smoke" base color.
Thats the thing about wheels, it's very subjective. The good news is, I think we can all agree that the car looks great either way. I think I like the old wheels just a little bit better, for some reason it makes the car look more racey. The new ones look a little more classy though, and the color seems to match the body (its kinda hard to really tell from the pics though).

One thing about the 3mm spacers- Does the center hub still engage the wheel? If not, you might get some vibrations at highway speeds. I remember that problem coming up in the W203 forum.

What are your plans for the "old" wheels? Are you going to sell them or switch them out once in a while?

Hi George,

I'll be at the Mercedes meet on 5/16. There will be alot of people at the meet. I'll definitely give them your numbers if they interested in the wheels.

They are soft and as for grip, I don't know because I never drive aggressive on that car. The handling is very very good in the rain. Btw, I got you your wheels and tires at a great price.........you owe me DINNER !!

I like the old wheel too but after having it for more then 2 years now, the look get bored. I like the new wheel look but I still keep the old wheel and switch it out once in awhile.

Yeah, the 3mm still have the center hub still engage the wheel. Only the
5mm spacer that you will lose it.
