Whats up guys? Well you guys know i have a 05 clk500 with the amg kit, I was wondering would the new style clk front bumper fit my car?? I am gessing i would need to buy new fog light kit because of the ring and it round ?

So if i cant convert it, dose any one know a site that i can get the 05 clk500 AMG kit oem front bumper with the bumper grills?

haha no not me. but the last owner did!! i did a oil change to day and look under and behide the bumper and it was cracked befor, i gess they took it to a body shop.

So now i am looking for a new front bumper and new grills.
do you know any site??
I tryed ebay i think 1 guy was selling it for 350 or somthing like that idk.

thats a good price, the new 06 or 07 or 08 bumpers will fit no problems.

wait no the guy on ebay was selling a 05 bumper with out the grills and fog lamp. i still cant fine any 06 07 08 ones yet.
the bumper isnt that hard to fine its the grills and foglamp!!!

so you think it will fit with out any problems??

i think it will... you might need to purchase some inside parts from the dealer which arent that much. I have never done the conversion but i am sure it can be done with no problems.

You might as well go with CLK 63 front bumper. You will need the complete set of round foglights, 3 grilles, bumper cover, left, right and center bumper absorb foams. I think that's pretty much it. Contact Steve. He did a conversion of a Clk 350 to Clk 63. Even with the older C55 and still able to do the conversion.

Sorry.......the parts I quote above is really for the 2006 Clk 350 conversion. Your car is 2005 model. You will need alot more then just what I mentioned above. Why don't you e-mail the guy that did the C55 conversion for more info or contact Steve.

hey i just finished a conversion for my 03 clk 320 .....now we are talking big dollars i got the bumper on ebay for $400 somthing and all the little **** that go's into that bumper i brought from the dealership .....parts total is $2950.63 in parts including the fog lights grills ....the another $1800 paint and put it all together...then not including the carbon fiber lip $400 bucks for the finally....all together $5550.63.....now if you can get all that for what i just did for cheaper then that will be a great bargain..check it out ..........................http://photobucket.com/benzballer1
