Hit From Behind....I'm GETTING QUADS!
So....I got hit from behind, and in place of my broken rear bumper I'm getting the CLK 63 bumper with the Quad cutouts. I am getting the quad setup done next week after the bumper is painted. So far I planned on running an X pipe from after the headers, then two 2.5" glass packs and straight pipes to the tips.
Would I need the magnaflow mufflers? Would it be too loud without?
I am looking for a low, but deep growl. I love the sound of e46 M3's (former car), and G35/G37's so something close to this note is excellent.
Any suggestions?

I don't know if it's just me, but from the way the thread title is typed, it sounds like you won the rear bumper with quad exhaust lottery. Congrats... LOL

Since you are getting a new rear bumper, why get the Clk 63 then have it cut out for the quad set-up?

I wonder if I should add the electric cutouts instead of the glass packs. I'd hate for the sound to be permanently annoying or ever get tired of it. What setup with the electric cutouts would give me optimum sound using only one cutout and still having quads?
