I Like Mods That Come With Warning Stickers

Got some H&R Sway Bars to go along with my pss9 coilovers!

Im always straight to the sonic when parts come in so this time i wanted to take pics!

I might try installing these myself, although you need a inverted E12 Torx socket around $10

I also bought 12mm amg end links as the 500 came with 10mm! The front sway bar being 26mm is super thick.

Mike

I know that some sway bars are hollow. My friend has a 36MM front sway bar on his Lingenfelter C4 vette. but it's hollow.

my guess would be that if you have the room under your car and inbetween the suspension components, you can go with a lighter but bigger hollow bar, rather than a heavier solid one.

just take a spoone and tap on it a few times. if it's hollow you'll now instantly.

Looks nice! DIY install should be a breeze.

Where'd you buy them from if you don't mind me asking?

sway bars are in, it has fixed the issue i was having with traction in the rear! The car feels a lot more nimble. The front and rear react a lot quicker, especially after a hard/tight bend the rear end snaps up straight immediately.

i think that the coilovers made the significant difference and the sway bars completed the upgrade.

The coilovers are on setting 6/6 and the bars are on front aggressive rears neutral, the h&rs only have 2 setting aggressive and neutral!

i would recommend sway bars but please note that parts/labor to install ran me about $800

if you dont have an amg like me i would also recommend upgrading the front end link to amg spec. 12mm rather than the 10mm they are significantly stronger

How much did the swar bars alone run you and do you have a part number for the front end-link?

The bars were around $500 from vivid racing,

The end link part no is 2033202989 you will need two of them.

I also got the 12mm bolt nuts you will need when upgrading the end links, they were around $2 each and i needed 4 of them.

Please also note you will need larger sway bar brackets for the front which can be obtained from mercedes part no. 2033231140 Left & 2033231240 Right

I woke up this morning and just wanted to get back into my car!
