Yes they are fabric and almost brandnew I removed that when I bought the car.

I have these for my CLS. How do I install the accelerator pedal? Could really use some experienced advice. Thx

If it is anything like our CLK's there are a few instructions on page 2 of this thread.

definitely not stock...you can tell by the black rubber pieces if u look closely... but it looks good enough ...could you please direct me to that link ?
