Yes, sir. You need at least 18" wheels and 3mm clearance with the wheel spokes.

i think 18 is minimum for a 4 or 6 pot.
i think. lol dont all 500/550s and 55/63s come in 18 so they clear the brake set up.

darius, it would be too much of a hassle to bother with a brake upgrade now, unless you sell your tires and use that to get new rims hahaha. and the rotors i will be using, i believe is a 345mm.

c43amg, how much did powdercoating cost you? the turnout looks great.

clearance also depends on the offset. but usually a 3mm and a +35 offset will get it done.

haha. i was initially in the market for 20s cuz a buddy of mine had a set that he was going to give me for cheap. then i saw the price for tires. lol had to turn him down.

Don't know about the G2, I think I might be leaning towards the Brembo Bronze like the ones on the G35's. Not 100% yet

correct 18s would have to be minimum but that would also mean lower profile tires so not sure if I could find any winter tires that would fit that and low profile is not that great in winter snow. I think I will just paint the OEM ones I have now....

Unfortunately no, I should have some time today at work to make some calls between the meetings etc. Will definitely like to share the findings. I'm picking up my car today after the AMG bumper transplant and would love to get the drop ASAP. I have the Eibach springs sitting in my garage.

unfortunately, i got a call from tirerack saying that it is not only special order, but back order. and the earliest they can get it to me by was in july. haha so you might have to wait on that drop for a month or so. i'll keep looking for some places and get price quotes.
