Finally got to remove my resonators.
Local Meineke shop in Brooklyn did it.
Total price $200

Sounds mean, closer to CLK63 (I hope)
Also about 15lb+ of weight saving.

hey whatusp man which meineke did you goto the one on stillwell ave? cause thats where i did mine but you know one thing i didn like because i left my car there and i came back and they did my piping the same way they did yours i was thinking of doing more of dual straight pipes instead of one pipe after the y pipe then split again does the make us loose power as opposed to the dual setup all the way from from to back >---< thats how the pipe looks now im thinking more like this >====< ...and also my welding is coming of i was thinking of redoing the piping getting all aluminum clean pipes.. what do you guys think should i stay with the 2.5 inch piping or maybe goto 2.75 or 3 or would that result in a loss of power ?

DO THAT and relocate your muffler to where your resonator was then 2 pipes out to each side of the tips (doesnt matter you have single or dual on each side).

I'm pretty sure that's the way I will end up going. Getting a Magnaflow muffler in the middle and run the dual on each side.

Hmm..im not so worried about the muffler Andy because the way my car sounds now is amazing i think ill do that once i get the headers done and the primary cats because i know it will be extremely loud then.. but what im curious about is,,running a dual from the primary instead of single splitting into two will i loose any power or gain, and also since i will be changing out the piping since its loose and rusty should i stay with the 2.5" all around or move it up a notch to 2.75 or 3" i dont know the affect it will have on the power i deff dont want to loose any
