we should put up part numbers for parts that we may need with issues that are common with the W209.

stuck sun shades
seal belt motors
oil change items etc

feel free to contribute

Sorry for the late response. I believe you asked me for this before. This is all the info for the Rear Sun Shade. In part #60 the (9B51) after the part # is the color code for Anthracite. In part # 80 the (9051) after the part # is color code black. This info was found using my VIN. If your interior is a different color, PM me your VIN and I will get you the correct codes.

i was in no hurry but thank you very much i appreciate it. i really dont know what i'm looking for seeing that it is stuck in the raised position. i was thinking it may be the motor but saw nothing on the parts list. my sun shade should be fine and if thats what is broken than its staying that way because i wont pay $1400 for that alone haha.

My computer went down last week and I am installing all my programs little by little. Once I have the WIS installed I will check to see if there are any problems/fixes they list for the sun shade.

Wes, just a fantastic sticky! Everytime I open it up I find the part number to something else I was looking for!

I didn't see motor mounts listed on the first page, I just bought some, part number is as follows;

220 240 33 17

Wes, the engine mounts (220 240 33 17) are for 2003-2009 CLK500/550's. Guess there is a different part number for the 6cyl cars.

I just replaced my A-pillars because of a cigarette burn on the drivers side and some scratches on the passenger side. They were $44 each through parts.com. (7f91) is the color code for gray. If you need the code for your interior PM me.

Driver- 209 690 01 25 (7f91)

Passenger- 209 690 02 25 (7f91)

I recently just got my car back from the body shop after 3 weeks due to problems with finding a front wheel. It went in for front bumper replacement and came out looking great. On saturday i was at a gas station behind a truck waiting to leave when all of a sudden he decides to start backing up for no apparent reason. Wel he somehow didnt see me and i do not know how he did not hear my new hella horns and hit my front drivers side. It goes back to the body shop next week and they will be replacing the drivers side headlight but now i'll have to purchase the passengers side on my own to match them up.

i was looking through parts.com and there is so much going on with just a simple headlamp search. Would anybody with a parts list be able to break it down for me with a part number maybe or send me in the right direction.

2004 non xenon

thanks

I have been thinking of doing this soon also. The car doesn't shake, but I want to be proactive.

This is the info using my VIN. Not sure what interior you have, mine is anthracite. The EPC really doesn't list much more than this. I will have access to the removal instructions on Monday if you need them.
