I thought it would be good to have as many part #'s in one thread as we can. This is a list I started making a while back. I obviously don't have everything so please feel free to add whatever you think might be helpful. Hopefully we could make this a "ONE STOP" reference thread. All part #'s were checked, please let me know if any of them do not work.

fastdonzi was going to install Ghostrider/VIPclk320's strut brace. This one is from the BS. It shouldn't be that difficult to fit.

They need to be drilled. The BS has the holes already but we would need to drill them...

Damn nice list man thats deff a big help, thanks for posting that up. I to am curious about the front strut bar...its just a matter of drilling 3 holes in the strut tower looks like i wonder how much that will improve handling by if one already has shocks springs sways,,just out of curiosity i currently have the hr sway only on the rear and stock on the front i need to get the front one anyway if the hr is 26mm up front how thick is the bs sway in the front i couldnt find to much info on it, and also how thick is the rear compared to the hr, im assuming this is a direct fit? ..thanks

The front and rear sways should be a direct fit. I am getting them installed on the car as we speak so I will report back if there is any problems. As far as the size, I couldn't get any info on the BS sways but they looked to be the same size as H&R's when I compared them. For $192 plus shipping for front and rear you can't go wrong! As for the front strut bar it looks like it's just the three holes that need to be drilled.

Unfortunately yes. Either that or have one custom made.

thats not bad. hope to see pics of your f.s.b when installed.

i was also wondering if anybody has installed the C55 spare tire well? i converted my exhaust to dual oval tips but would like to maybe have it done again if i can make more room down there for some different type of muffler work.

That's probably going to be my next mod. C55 spare tire well, Y pipe to 2 Magnaflow mufflers with dual tips and VIS CF diffuser. Haven't decided on either AMG tips or the ones I posted above from the w204's which look the same minus the AMG. For $58 a pop you can't go wrong. Some pics of the tips installed on a w204.

damn thats crazy 75 dollars for the front sway bar and its the same size as the hr which is 300 dollars so basically a savings of 225 dollars, i would imagine the build quality is the same as the hr, so i shouldnt see any difference if i had the bs front sway and hr rear sway, as opposed to hr front and rear. Dynomite, are you upgrading from your stock sways or are you upgrading from eibach or hr? and once you finish the installation please let us know what difference it made...Thanks

The front BS sway bar comes with the bushing already. The BS sway's are made by Eibach and the quality should be the same as the H&R's. I have called Eibach several times to try and get more info on these but they aren't very helpful. I had the H&R's installed but I sold them..

oh ok i got you because i found some other post by somebody who said you needed two boots which i assumed where bushings thats why i asked, just out of curiosity you said you had the hr and you sold them for these...if you dont mind me asking what was wrong with the hr you didn like them ?.. sorry for all the questions but i was just ready to order the hr and now i changed my mind i want to make sure i dont make a mistake

I ended up ordering all the parts listed in that other thread, but when they arrived I realized you didn't need the "boot" for the front. It comes with them already.

I had a problem with a knocking noise coming from my front right wheel area. My mechanic at the time said it was a problem with the H&R bushings so I took them off. I ended up finding a MUCH better mechanic and he said the problem with the knocking was the upper front strut mounts. The problem had nothing to do with the H&R's. I already had them off the car so I decided to sell them and get these.

ohhh i got you i have the same problem but my knocking/thumping noise sounds like its coming from the rear, although i should prob change my fronts because wheni installed the shocks/springs i used the same mounts because they looked to be ok. so Dynomite let us know what difference you feel and if its worth to save and go with these as opposed to hr. Thanks alot man

im thinking of doing the strut brace front and rear..i need to seriuosly stiffen up my car i feel like my car is extremely stiff the shocks springs and rear sway but i dont know why my rear end kinda slides out at a high speed curve in the road at first i was thinking maybe because my rear is to stiff and my front to soft since i have stock sway and maybe i need some stickier tires..i just have this knocking thumping noise from the rear suspension which is driving me nuts i cant figure it out. maybe this will make my car a different beast

Maybe, but it's going to cost some $$ to find out. Your looking at $1k plus shipping...You might want to start with the sway bar first and see if that makes a difference.
