Anyone know of a good rear view camera that would hook up to the OEM navi?

I do not believe that the OEM unit has another source for Video. I might be wrong though..

NO LONGER ACTIVE
It's only possible on the Euro COMAND models. US COMAND has no video input. However, I think there is some sort of aftermarket stuff like this:
