I need a Y-pipe out to 2 magnaflow mufflers and then the 4 tips on the mufflers.

yeah i figure a job like that would be around $3-400 around here

Yea, that's the amount I had in my head also. I don't know if I trust meineke, but I might have to go that route.


BTW: While I was researching Magnaflow mufflers I came across you C videos. How did you like it? How do you think it would of sounded with 2? I'm thinking it might drone with the resonator gone, might have to go with a Magnaflow resonator.

I personally wouldn't go to any franchised exhaust shops because they're mainly repair shops and aren't as good at "custom" jobs. They also have policies and will probably give you a hard time about the way you want something done. Try to find a small-ish custom exhaust shop, that's your best bet.

As far as Magnaflow goes, I liked it a lot when I first installed it on my C-Class, mainly because it sounded much better than it did stock. The sound was nice, considering it was just a V6, but it got boring after a while, especially with all of the droning. That's when I got an Eisenmann Race, which I loved!!!
