Either black or grey (to match the seats), perhaps do the dash and other surfaces too (any suggestions). If I go H&R Springs, what spring pads do I use to make the drop even front/back (V8 Engined W209)?

I would love to do the black suede, but they won't ship to NJ. I believe your car comes with #3 pads, not sure. You would probably have to go with #4 or #5 pads.

#5 pads? There is a thicker pad than the 17mm #4? What's the thickness and part number (if you have it handy)?

Sorry, I must have been half asleep. 17mm is the thickest pad.

How is the noise on this? Anyone know if this would be possible with a potential less noisy muffler or would installing the two bubble silencers keep it a bit quieter?

The more resonators you add to the system, the quieter it will be.

As you can tell-from my other bumps-i'm really trying to figure out what system to run. I like Kilh's system but i realized today that on a cold day, the exhaust might look a bid odd. So i'm debating if i should do this set-up (perhaps with a quieter muffler) and add my oem bubble silencers before the tips.

Replacing the spare and etc? I'm leaning towards this as it's a true dual without the arm and leg cost.

Carlos, did you use a heat shield before the muffler or on top of the muffler?

I belive mine has it too. I wonder if he took off the headshield where his muffler used to be or he got a matching one on the other side

Not sure, but I could tell you he didn't get one for the other side. You would have to switch the spare wheel well to fit the OEM heat shield on the right side. I imagine you could have one made though.

You think i'd need a heat shield if i'm just sticking the two oem silencers that came with the car (one on each side)?

You should be fine. You're going to put them on each side of the spare wheel well? It might be a PITA to secure them to the car. Why not run them in the center and straight out to the tips?

No modifications where done to the factory heat shields (nothing added or taken away).

So muffler, two bubbles silencers and then pipes? I can do that, i just figured having the silencers a bit after the muffler would keep the noise down a bit? I love 2MCHCAR's set up as it's a true dual without the cost of a true dual, i just don't want it to be loud.

Damn man...

From what i get you want the diffuser that you see on Dyno's car

VISracing.com has that diffuser. You need a AMG rear bumper though for it to fit.
