Carlos,

What did AAA use to hold the tips up? In other installs i've seen the tips sag a bit since there is no weld to hold up the piping on the passenger side.

They created a bracket (forgot where it's attached to) and it holds the passenger side still (stiff actually; the driver side still uses the factory location and rubber so it still shakes). But AAA has the tips positioned perfectly (X,Y,Z), so I highly recommend them.

Ive heard that replacing all four factory cats with just 2 hi flow cats will increase flow but will that throw on a warning light? I have already removed my resonator and i currently have a remus muffler fitted to it and its ok for what it is but i know it can be much louder.

You could delete your secondary cats. I don't know what kind of inspections are done over there, but here, I believe you will fail without primaries.

You'll be surprised how much louder it will be by removing the secondary cats, no need to replace the primaries with high-flow. You'll pick up some good ponies by just removing the chambered muffler and secondaries.

Is it worth replacing the secondary cats with hi flows or is it better to just removed them completely and just have the pirmaries on and straight through to the remus muffler

I say delete them. Then if you're not happy go with the high flow.

I have two high flow cats from random technology.. The sound is barely louder and deeper.. But it is.. I am very soon going to get a magnaflow muffler and put in the place of the stock one.. I will post pics and sound clips after it is done.

Agreed, just delete. There is no reason to replace them, the car passes SMOG with only the primaries in place. You can see the actual gains (dyno results) buy doing a free flow exhaust in my thread, dyno vs. mods or something like that.

What can you guys reccomend on the supersprint headers? Does it really make a big difference to gain power as they say it does ? Anyone have them fitted on a clk 320?

Also can any one comment about the Remus muffler.. I'm happy with it but I know there are less restrictive and more louder ones out there... I don't really want to spend $2390 on an Einsenmann muffler so what other mufflers are good out there? Would it be fine to use universal magnaglow mufflers? Is so which part numbers..
Thanks

Andy, I'm sitting in the airport waiting to head back to Dubai as I type, I will get my header/exhaust thread done with pictures today/tonight. I will include my thoughts and opinions in it.

Well that sounds much louder than mine! If iwere to remove my Remus and secondary cats and put a magnaflow muffler will it be as loud? I'll only have one muffler rather than 2
