Looks real clean! I love those wheels, I had them in 17's. What # pads you are you on in the rear? What kind of tires are you using? Specs of wheels and tires?

How is the suspension?

Are those pics by your house? Those garages look very familiar.

Sweet rims!

Before I saw the pics, I was expecting the CLS55 rims to look out of place on a CLK, but the CLK coupe pulls them off VERY well. Thumbs up.

thanks guys! the suspension is perfect. I have the #4 spring pads but maybe I should have gone lower in the rear. The front drop looks great I think with the eibach and blistein shocks.

I didn't have to use spacers and there's plenty of room with those tires in the rear. I might add 5mm spacers to give it more flare in the back. I bought cheap General Exclaims 235/35 and 265/30 but they should work until winter time.

I love the way it looks now, and I'm going to hold off on a new car for at least a year.

haha, I am glad to have done the research and a lot of help from people on this forum. I almost went with the replica cls wheels that are sold by power wheels pro but soooo happy I didn't. I really like the concave look in the rear of the real amgs.

Funny thing is I just went ahead and ordered the bolts from radusa without knowing exactly which one because I wanted to hurry and get the wheels on. I wanted to get the wheels on instead of measuring and waiting a week for the bolts. But from your input and the radusa guy's input, I settled on 26mm long bolts and were the perfect length.

Thanks again for your help

are they 19's?...and why don't you go down to a #1 spring pad to bring down the rear a bit?...

Great looking car though!

yeah they're 19"s. I had the shop go from #3 to #4 because I didn't want the rear to sit too low. The springs were brand new and have had time to settle from when the pics were taken so it definitely sits lower now.

Still, when I go over major dips in the highway, I'll hear the rears touch the fender wall.
