Well if that was your first crack at it you're going to spit out some great pics when you actually overlay. The one thing I have to say about most HDR's though is this - too many layers! I've seen some great 2 layer pics, 3 is pretty standard but you get some that are 7+ and they look like something a homeless wino from Tron threw up on a virtual sidewalk.

What PS are you using? I'm still on CS2 but I delevop all my RAW files with Lightroom 2.0 (I think it's 2.0, getting old - me, not the software). I was going to upgrade but CS2 has been great so far, Lightroom is my favorite program by a mile as I rarely manipulate any of my pics with PS anyways.

I'm using CS5 and a program called photomatrix pro for the HDRs. I hope you're not paying for any of these upgrades, I could hook you up. I have CS5 as a portable program. A 365mb folder you can just double click and run, no need for installation.

Kewl, I wouldn't mind trying that. I've also heard that Photomatrix is very, very good for creating HDR's. And yes, I paid for my software, all those tricky little download sites were blocked in the UAE when I moved here and got into photography...

Thanks, I'll have to try it when I get back to Dubai, then internet here is so slow it would take all night to download it. Just to reply on MBWorld and refresh the page takes a few minutes...

LOL! Man, that was sfift eh?
I'm going to miss him, he reminded me of Drago from Rocky 4, I can see him walking up to his car every morning, looking at his rear tires and muttering "I must break you" before driving off...
