Took off door panels...Now I have a few problems.

Problem solved. It was a horse shoe shaped piece of plastic that goes over the door lock. 
It was in my back seat so I didn't see it when putting the doors back together. 
I wouldn't have thought a little piece of plastic could cause so much trouble. Thanks for your help guys!
